The Shiki Church is primarily funded through a church fee (教会税) collected as a percentage of members' taxable income, along with income from its vast land holdings, donations, and other financial assets. The Governement of Xaviland also makes generous contributions to The Church's endowment.
Certain teachings are not mentioned in The Shiki Idea because the text focuses on foundational principles of The Essence. Advanced concepts are introduced progressively as individuals deepen their understanding through higher levels of study.
The term Shiki originates from a Japanese word ‘熾暉’, meaning ‘blazing radiance’. It is thought to symbolize the blazing radiance of our unique souls.
Temple ordinances are offered to recommended members of The Shiki Church. They include:
Dedication (baptism)
Endowment (coming of age)
Marriage
Transmission (ordination)
